Payment Policy

I accept payment by Paypal, Credit/Debt card.  Wherever possible please make your payment when the order is placed and this will allow the item to get to you as quickly as possible.  Should you wish to cancel an order after payment please e-mail me immediately.  If the order has already been posted then a refund can only be given as detailed below.

Delivery Policy

Please note there is a lead time of 1-2 weeks on product delivery in order to allow time for me to make the product and dispatch it. This may be longer in busy times leading up to Christmas and may also be longer for larger more detailed products. I will endeavour to get your items despatched ASAP from receipt of the order and clearance of your payment. I cannot be held responsible for any delays once the package has been passed to Royal Mail or any other Courier service.  If I am aware of any particular difficulties I will e-mail you with details.
I am based in the UK and delivery time will vary depending on where you are. Please note that items placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery.  It is possible that customs interventions could cause delays to delivery of your item.  Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to. If you make multiple purchases P&P is only an estimate and any excessive posting costs will be refunded (at our discretion) via Paypal after package has been posted.

Refund Policy

All items will be packaged carefully in perfect condition. Where you have ordered a personalised item please note that there will be some variation from the item pictured as they are all individually made and variations will always be present.
Although great care goes into the designs if there is a design fault please notify me detailing the problem.  On receipt of the item I will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.  You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or equivalent outside UK), I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
I am happy to refund or exchange an item (less postal costs) provided that you notify me immediately (no longer than 7 days) on receipt of item and the item is returned in perfect condition.  No personalised items can be refunded unless the goods are faulty on receipt. All clock mechanisms are rigorously tested but if you have a problem with a clock mechanism please e-mail me as it may be simpler to send out a new mechanism rather than send clock back for repair.  The mechanisms can be replaced quite easily.

Additional Information

All descriptions and measurements are as accurate as I can make them.  I photograph the items to try and give you the best idea of what they are like.  Please note that lighting conditions can alter the appearance of the pewter work considerably and you may wish to try different positions in your home to find the best place for your item. In Scotland it can be difficult to get good natural light in the winter to photograph my pictures so this can alter the quality of the pictures listed.
